The world hex template is dual-hemisphere representation of a globe, sectioned into blocks that each represent a single Atlas hex template.
For reference, use the table below to determine template measurements:

Caveat Cartographer
The template does a poor job of representing distortion from equator to pole. That said, if your players are seriously concerned about the precision of longitudinal distance at high latitudes, they should be reprimanded for meta-gaming or subtly encouraged to suspend their disbelief.
